Located in the inner suburbs of Newcastle this modern family home makes the most of a small block, maximizing space, light and outlook.
The house had to have sharp clean lines, and streamline hardware to compliment the interior fit out. Narrow profile windows were selected, throughout the house. Magnum doors were used to complement them creating a feature in the main living areas Anodise frames were used to match the neutral tones of the interiors and frames the views from each room. A range of glass type were used including Low E and double glazing to help create a liveable home all year round and reduce the energy consumption of the house.
Awning windows were used throughout the house as they have a neat square appearance in keeping with the modern styling.
ICON hardware was selected for the doors to complement the square and streamline styling of the house
